Uditi Singh Opens Up on Karan Wahi Breakup: "A Blessing in Disguise"

Newly-crowned captain Uditi Singh has opened up in the house about her past relationship with actor Karan Wahi — a 2.5-year romance from 2019 to 2022 during which the two even discussed marriage.

Uditi told housemates the relationship ended amid lockdown stress, describing Wahi as "dominant" and "demotivating," and calling the split a "blessing in disguise" that changed her life and career. She revealed her parents — especially her mother — opposed the relationship over the 10-year age gap.

The two met after Uditi DM'd him about a London restaurant; he later posted their photo publicly. They also disagreed over everyday things — including, she said, a golden retriever named Noah.

Uditi made it clear she has moved on completely: even if Wahi entered as a wildcard, she said, it would change nothing.
